New Debrief location! Akomapa Village Art Center in Elmina, Ghana– about 25-30 minutes away from Cape Coast. You can contact them via their Facebook page, and ask for Raskobby (Kobby for short!) to confirm all the details. They were able to house all 40 of our team members, and Kobby confirmed with Kuultemp Guest House lodging for all of our leaders about 100 yards away. They have a large, air-conditioned meeting space at the leadership guest house as well. And we were able to use the beach and pool and wifi at Coconut Grove hotel for a small fee. The squad lodging was super cheap- well under budget. And the leader lodging was right at budget. Kobby can set up an airport taxi for leaders or coaches coming in as well; it is slightly over budget, but we had to make it work since Accra was 4 hours away and our other options were limited. Akomapa had awesome staff, tons of stuff to do (dance and drum lessons, horse back riding at Coconut Grove, city and castle tours, and much more!). Definitely recommend. Food takes forever, but if you tell them ahead of time what you want and when they were better with that!
