  1. My team was with pastor John Paul. He has an amazing wife names Mani and two little boys. We stayed in the apartment below their apartment. We slept in one room with our sleeping pads. Be prepared to pretty much be on “house arrest” we weren’t allowed to go anywhere alone except to the restaurant next door that had wifi. ATMS are everywhere but you really don’t need any cash unless you want to get a sarees made. We all got sarees custom made for us for about $20-30 total. We went to several stores to pick out our fabric and blouse fabric and then a lady came to our house to measure us and make our blouses. We also got bangles which were $3 Couple of the girls got their nose pierced, it was about $4. Two guys came to our house and pierced their noses right outside. There is no western food here, Indian food breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is a super market, Reliance, where you can go to get snacks like cookies and Nutella. Also you can buy Indian appropriate clothes there for cheap. Ministry starts in the late afternoon everyday (around 3) . We drove to different villages everyday and prayed for people. Be prepared for at least 2 members to preach each night of ministry.
