  1. Mostly practical work at the second-hand shop and on the boat
  2. Some house group visits
  3. The work we did there was great, but the contacts weren’t always around and communication was a little lacking at times.

  1. This is a prepare your own food site.
  2. Plenty of grocery stores in town – Rimi, Selver, Maxima
  3. There are plenty of restaurants in town too, some of which are pretty cheap
  4. At the Port Ardor shopping center there is a restaurant on the second floor that has all you can eat soup for $4. Highly recommended

  1. Direct bus from Riga – Parnu (Parnu will be spelled differently in Latvia)
  2. They have a car that can be used but you must pay for gas.
  3. There are local buses and long distances buses. Because they live on the outskirts of town you need to take long distance buses to get in and out of town. The bus stop near their house is called Papsaare.
